At the start of the work, we make clear agreements with you about the financial aspects of our services. Our rates are competitive. Basically there are three possibilities:
Calculation is based on time spent. The hourly rate to be applied is between € 75 and € 130 *. The level of the rate depends on the expertise to be deployed by the architect, consultant or employee. Work is done with time units of started thirty minutes. The units of time are accurately tracked.
Sometimes we work with a square meter rate. A square meter rate is a price for the entire process from design to delivery. Rates are between €20 and €150 per m2*. The rate is estimated on the basis of a program of requirements and the expertise to be deployed.
The third option is a rate based on a percentage of the property value after delivery; That is, the selling price, the sales value or WOZ value. In the case of a renovation or refurbishment, the rate is based on the increase in value of the property. Building and terrain with structures and greenery or other facilities are not split for the calculation of the rate. Rates are on average between 4% and 10% of the value of the property**, depending, among other things, on the expertise to be deployed and the complexity of the work. Minimal advances are charged, with no refund possible. Settlement of the advances after delivery of the property by the contractor.
Costs that we have to incur on your behalf, such as legal fees and (repro) costs of (historical) documents, are usually charged to you in advance.*
Costs that we incur on your behalf for third-party consultants, such as a structural engineer, building physics consultant, construction cost expert, experts in soil and environmental studies, are usually charged to you in advance.*
