At the start of the work, we make clear agreements with you about the financial aspects of our services. Our rates are competitive. Basically there are two possibilities:
Calculations are based on time spent. The hourly rate to be used is between €85 and €150*. The amount of the rate depends on the expertise of the architect, consultant or employee to be deployed. We work with time units of thirty minutes. The time units are kept accurately.
Sometimes we work with a square meter rate for architecture and urban planning, land and buildings for which we use our expertise, provide advice and make the design. A square meter rate is a price for the entire process from design to delivery. Rates are between €25 and €180 per m2*. The rate is estimated on the basis of a program of requirements and the expertise to be deployed.
Costs we incur on your behalf for consultants, including constructors, building physics consultants, construction cost experts, soil and environmental survey experts, will be charged to you in advance.*
*There are additional project-related costs plus VAT.
